 probably. I’m just down on Simmons man. He should’ve gotten better this year.

You can't be a star in today's game without a jump shot... unless you are an absolute freak of nature.

That's why Lonzo sucks too.

So I'll go with Trae, quite naturally.

Lonzo doesn’t suck. If he can stay healthy he will be a fine PG.

This is why you lack credibility. He was a #2 pick. Shakes (raging idiot by the way) said he'd be a stud. He is a bench player. Nothing there.

312 said Fox would be better and he is. So did I by the way.

Lonzo Ball isn't shit Won't be in the future either. If they thought he was special then they would not have brought Rondo in

Nothing about your post backs up the assertion that I lack credibility. Lonzo is a good player. Never once in my life have I said he was gonna be a star. He’s a good player if he can get and stay health
Though.

You should stop with the gotcha stuff and just post about basketball.

If healthy, he'll be a starting point guard but probably never an all-star.

I think he can be an all star but generally agree. Health is his biggest issue so far imo. I wouldn’t give up our 1st round pick this year for him (even if it was some trash 6/7 pick) but I would definitely trade Dunn and a future protected 1st for him. Get him healthy and pair him with Lavine, Lauri, Otto, And WCJ and that be something. Or trade Lavine for better assets preferably but he’s become vastly underrated. He’s a tremendous defensive PG + passer/playmaker. Surround him with shooters
Plus a legit star in the making like Lauri and it could be a lot of fun.

Stop. He is a bench player. Good is subjective. You said Fox wasn't shit. Fox is light years ahead and you won't acknowledge it.

If Fox wasn't shit to you and he is better than Ball how can Ball be good?

I will say I doubted Fox a lot after his rookie year because he was objectively bad his rookie year and no spin can change that. But he improved a shitload this year and became a good player. Lonzo’s health doesn’t allow for a fair comparison imo.

Lonzo is about a 100 games in. Safe to say we sort know what he is at this point.

He stinks and if he weren't a #2 pick he'd have been benched by now.

He has been rumored to be on the block the past 2 years for a reason.

This is just dumb. Same could be said after Russell’s first 100 games.

Russell was much better than Ball. 2nd year he averaged 15 per game. That was with Kobe still on the team.

Ball has been terrible. Absolutely terrible. JaVae McGee was more impactful this year than he has been.

And you think that he will be nearly as good as Russell you're wrong. There is a reason NO laughed at that trade for Davis.

Do you think he has been good or avg?

Terrible is all about semantics but he is definitely below avg at this point. He has the look of a career bench player.

Regardless of what you say he has been bad.

He’s been bad offensively and excellent defensively. He’s definitely a starter in this league. I’m not sure what he will end up being. If he can’t stay healthy you will be right about terrible and bust.

He is a 40% free throw shooter. 40% from the field. You have overrated him as defender too. He isn't a lockdown guy. He is better than expected. That's it.

I say that we do know what he will be at this point. They placed the Ball in his hands on day 1. They moved Russell in order to clear the spot for him.

Even when Lebron was out this year he didn't elevate himself. It's why they not so subtly started pushing Ingham as the next great thing.

If the Lakers were sold on Ball they would have never signed Rondo.

I was told by Shakes that the kid was a stud. There is nothing studly about him.

I would take Kris Dunn over him in a heartbeat.

I acknowledged he was bad offensively. You’re severely underrating his defense. He’s a great defender that can guard three positions and yes he is a lockdown guy on that side.
