These are a couple I don't get. Maybe you can help me.

-He can turn a 30/30 around quicker than anybody. (I assume that's a 30 ounce bat that's 30 inches. Who the hell uses a 30 inch bat? Am I wrong?)

-That's just a B pitch. (Means a good pitch. I know that. Wouldn't it be an A pitch? Why is it a B pitch?)

I think a 30/30 is a fastball, taken from the 30/30 rifle, whose muzzle velocity is fast but not faster than the 30.06.

Here is another one. He'll be talking about some city. Any city. They obviously have to be a golf course city or some where he used to play cards. He'll say "They got all of my money in (random city)"
