It was so contrived. You know he did it cuz he just saw Ozzie do it. It was almost like he was reading a script. Bad.

I don't even know who this guy is. First time manager I guess. This poor SOB knows he's about to be fired.

His name is John McLaren. While his tirade seemed a tad scripted, he was furious that the Seattle Mariners have the worst record in Major League Baseball despite higher expectations in the American League West. I saw the McLaren tirade, complete with bleeps, this morning with Rafer Weigel, son of the late Chicago sportscaster. Rafer's on the red hot "Morning Express with Robin Meade", which airs 5-9a weekday mornings on CNN Headline News & DIRECTV 204. Shameless plugs aside, while McLaren may have tried to motivate his sorry team, I've heard worse tantrums than that...He's no Ozzie Guillen, that's for sure...
