Instead of moving on from the missed kick in the playoff game, the Bears have allowed this mistake to consume them, where now there is an Augusta silence rule in OTAs whenever a kicker attempts a kick. At the same time, it's unreal that after months of searching they haven't settled on a guy by now.

If you really wanted to cement the position, why didn't you draft a kicker, Pace? Instead, you've allowed the circus to continue around a position that should have been dealt with a long time ago. The focus should be on (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, Pagano and everyone's guy, Mack.

They are taking the kicker out of his comfort zone, causing him to think about the kick more. It's a method of testing one's mental strength.

How utterly stupid. Just find a way to get Eddy Pineiro regular practice time at Soldier Field and end the nonsense.

I am fine if kicking is their biggest problem. I realize BIG games can and do come down to the kick and while it was a turrible way to loose a playoff game as I recall Parkey did outscore the Burtonless offense 9-6.

If they had scored more than one touchdown they wouldn't have needed a kicker to bail them out.

Thank you.

Let's hope they can score two touchdowns the next playoff game.

I hate to admit it but D.R. is correct.

He sure seems like it.

This is a problem for the offense since Burton was the only reliable player at his position last year--until the playoffs, that is.

It really is pretty great how affected the team is by the double doink game. 6-10 season coming up

What was unreliable about Cohen?

I think Midge meant the only reliable TE.

I fully understood getting rid of Parkey but this really is too much.

Then again Pace seems to be pretty bad at his job being saved by the gift that Gruden gave him and Nagy being a pretty good coach.

54 catches
564 yards
6 TD

I'm not impressed
