If you clicked on this thread with the intention of arguing whether or not there is/was a Warriors dynasty please find another thread to post in.

Thanks!!!

Not over, Klay will be back by next post season, so will KD. They will probably be a 5th or 6th seed but capable of winning it all.

There was a Warriors dynasty.

Depends on who stays and who goes but.. if they bring back the core of Clay, Steph and Green with their usual supporting cast (minus Boogie and KD) they can absolutely still win a ‘Ship again. No doubt.

Today’s game is really based on the long ball.. and who is better than Steph and Clay in that area..? The Warriors core also plays very good defense too.

Who knows if it’s over, but if saying it’s over is based solely on guys like KD and Boogie being ghost, then I don’t agree.

And lol @ people denying they are/were a dynasty.. they absolutely deserve being called one. They’ve gone to 5 straight finals and won 3 out of 5.

I never thought they were all that great to begin with. Steph Curry demonstrating for world yet again why a y notion of him being listed among the All Time greats is preposterous by the way.

Best shooter yes but there is more to basketball than shooting. Came up small again. He never is the best player on the floor in meaningful games and there is a large enough sample size to call it now.

Klay Thompson tried to keep playing on a torn ACL tonight. Don’t be an idiot.

There is a 99% chance KD returns to GS for one year @ 30 mill. He'll probably play 4 regular season games and on limited minutes. He'll be ready for a playoff push. Where else can he go and rehab for one year and have a great shot at getting a ring by seasons end? Then he hits FA.

Steph Curry didn't have one game where he shot over 50% from the field for the series. He had 2 games where he shot 6/17 from the field.

Yes he did shoot well (relatively speaking) in game 3 but they still got beat like a drum. Couple that with shotty defense,(Van Gundy rode him the entire series about his terrible defense) sloppy turnovers and it becomes apparent that he should never be placed amongst the all time greats.

It's simply idiotic to continue to do so

Isn't Ray Allen in the Hall Of Fame? Isn't Rick Barry in the Hall Of Fame? Nobody is comparing these guys to Jordan or LeBron, but that doesn't mean they aren't damn good.

Ray Allen was a better player than Curry. Why? Against other great players of his era he held own or outplayed them. He didn't duck the Kobes and AIs of the world. Curry ducks all of the top point guards.

Parkins was doing his Sunday night show last night and was all like "huh huh, if you think this means the dynasty is OVER, huh huh, they could even miss the playoffs and be RIGHT back at the top again in 2022, huh huh." And then some shit about how much he loves the Warriors because he Appreciates Greatness and everyone who was rooting for the Raptors was actually rooting for the Warriors to overcome being hurt because we Appreciate Greatness too.
