That's generally managing. GarPax, take note.

Beats a dime a dozen PG. Dime a dozen PGs are everywhere.

We don’t have a PG. You need a PG to compete.

They're around. Don't let Kris Dunn make you desperate at making a bad pick.

It’s not desperation. White and Garland are better prospects than Reddish. DeMarre Carroll’s are a dime a dozen too.

seems like there's always some second-rate PGs floating around free agency.

We can rule out guys like Kemba and Kyrie. We can also probably rule out Russell and Brogdon as RFA's, although I would make a strong offer to Brogdon and force Milwaukee to match it.

The more affordable options are guys like Rubio, Beverly, Rozier (RFA). Rubio fits but I don't really like him all that much. Beverley and Rozier would still leave us lacking a desperately needed playmaker.

Rondo and Rose are available if we want to bring either one back.

I like Delon Wright a lot and would make a reasonable offer to him as a RFA and see if Memphis would match.

Basically everyone else who is available is worse than Dunn.

After trading Warren to Indy Phoenix is almost certainly gonna go hard after either Kyrie, Kemba, Russell, or Brogdon and probably land one of them.

I disagree. Right now in the NBA, PG is a plug and play position(Fred VanVleet). Kris Dunn notwithstanding.
No need to wring your hands on the 7th pick in a bad draft. If Reddish is there, take him and be happy.

I don't want to be pissed two years in a row. Dime a dozen power forward last year. Dime a dozen PG this year? No thanks.

If the top 4 teams take most of their allotted time that will be annoying as fuck

You’re advocating for a dime a dozen SF though. That’s what I don’t get.

First 2 as expected, now it gets tricky.

Nope. Doesn’t get tricky until 5. Next two picks are RJ and Hunter

Probably, but not as certain as Zion 1 and Ja 2.

It’s locked in. He’s next and Hunter is going 4

Time will be the truthteller. There something in me that says don't pass on him to take the 4th PG.

I'm with you on this. Reddish was a top 2-3 pick before the season started and I can't believe that he regressed much in 6 months. Especially when factor in how garbage the draft happens to be. Draft the best talent at that spot in the draft and hope for the best.
