Although he didn't make this adjustment between the playoff loss to Philadelphia and last week's loss to Green bay, I am hoping that Nagy isn't arrogant and stubborn enough to not run the ball more this week.

I don't think (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is destined for stardom but I don't think he's quite as bad as he looked last week.

Bears 13
Broncos 10

I PREDICT Nagy over-corrects and runs 30 times and trots Eddy out for a 65-yarder.

Since the bored's o/u seems to be about 23 I will l go against the grain.

Someone's special teams will make a play.
Someone's defense will make a play.
Someone's defense will get gassed.

Bears loose because of a missed field goal. 27-24.

If the D is on the field as much as last week, they're going to need a bunch of oxygen tents.

Nagy strikes me as someone who is stubborn not petty. I don't think that he will over correct.

"Mods" may delete this but, here we go. Many have numerous group text/chats going on gameday and would not get here until a few days later. If the boards sensibilities, but was unaware there were specific rules as to who was permitted to initiate discussions. Not sure is a sandbox is really a sandbox if it has those type of rules applied.

Just edit the thread title after midnight and use the format I used last week.

Ignore Frank. Starting a thread about a Bears matchup in the week leading up to the game is perfectly reasonable.

Never listen to anything Packers Fan has to say. He grew up in the great state of Illinois and chose to become a Packers fan. That should tell you everything you need to know about his character.

The Bear wakes up in this game at Mile High and mauls the Broncos.

Nagy heeds the criticism and goes back to the run. Cohen and Mack shine.

Bears by 2 TD.

The Bears success last year was predicated on three things 1. A ridiculously good defense 2. Inordinate health throughout the season and 3. The lack of any "Film" of Matt Nagy's offense. An offense that is out of the norm to begin with, which means that what the NFL was doing to try and stop the Bears week 2 or week 8 last year, will be completely different this year. Much like the kid who tears the ball off the cover coming up from AAA, the league makes adjustments. The success of that kid depends on how he adjusts from there.

Same thing with Nagy. I think he'll be ok. They won't hit 12 wins but they will be in the mix for the NFC playoffs.

I think Vic will start with nine guys in the box to take away the Bears run game, and to stop Mitch getting into any type of early rythmn with a short passing game.

If the Bears lose this week, does Nagy turn Soldier Field into a zoo for an afternoon?

Fangio knows how to make our offense look dumb because he did it for an entire season. You should have a bad feeling. Only silver lining is Denver’s offense is pathetic, too.
