Thinking doesn't seem to be his strong suit. There have been successful dumb quarterbacks before, and really smart quarterbacks usually suck (Fitzpatrick), but a little bit of thinking ability helps.

Mitch isn’t going to be a game changing QB. But, he can be an effective game manager. We can win the SB with a game manager.

I'm bullish on (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. Today the Bears created a gameplan to beat Fangio's Broncos team that had lost at home 8 times in 49 years during the first 2 weeks of the season. When (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky needed to make a play he did.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky didn't throw any picks and made the clutch play at the end, hanging in there when he could have panicked. And he had a 1st down throw before that to get them into range. He deserves some credit. Too early to jump on his case. Denver is a good defense and has a good defensive coach.

Cutler would have thrown two picks against this Denver team and probably fumbled once.

Too bad Pace couldn’t see that three years ago.

I think Nagy is very aware of what he has...and more importantly WHO he doesn’t have.


Nagy has not been impressive the last 3 games himeself. Better today. but I have to believe he feels hamstrung as fuck with Mitch under center.

Mitch looks fucking terrible. It’s ugly and an unenjoyable watch.

This is a no-doubter. Do we want Pace picking the next "franchise QB"?
