Considering that a religious fundamentalist would likely disagree with many things happening in schools these days such as "boys" being allowed to use the girls bathroom, acceptance of homosexuality and first graders learning about non-binary and transgenderism, I can't see a school board succumbing to the wishes of religious zealots.

Portland just ordered urinals in boys bathrooms taken out and made mandatory that men and women share the same bathroom.
