Agreed, Doc.

He's also pretty good in "About Last Night" with Rob Lowe and Demi Moore. He has some very funny lines.

Jim Belushi is solid in roles when he's a second or third banana.

Jim Belushi always strikes me as a guy who is playing a parody or some over-the-top version of a Nortwes' side guy. Don't make eye contact with his girlfriend at Teaser's or he'll try to take you outside.

I don't understand why they think Harrleson as Biden is a good impression. They probably had in house guys that could do just as good.

Sudeikis was great. Maybe he just isn’t available.

Granted, I haven't seen this in probably close to 30 years, but whenever Jim Belushi gets mentioned and people start trashing him, I think....wait, he was in a really funny movie with John Ritter that one time......and this is that movie. I don't have time to watch it tonight to see if it's held up.

I know I've mentioned this before in discussions about Jim Belushi. When Sir Laurence Olivier died Pauline Kael wrote his obituary. In it she said something like, "Today every actor in the pantheon of acting just moved up one spot. Except Jim Belushi."

Belushi wasn't bad in Show Me a Hero. At first I didn't even realize it was him.

Jim Belushi's biggest sin was having John as a brother. He was and is just a good plain old actor. His movies were fine and his tv show okay. Sure his being pushed as the official go to Chicago fan guy like Cusack is tiring but I don't really get the hate.

Yeah he's perfectly fine.

He was good in Red Heat.

The past Saturday's episode hosted by Chance the Rapper was decent.

He was wearing a CTU shirt during the opening monologue and he and several castmembers were wearing them on stage at the end of the show.

I have no idea who Harry Styles is. Am I officially old?

I guess... he was one of the One Direction boy banders.

He was one of the soldiers on the beach in Dunkirk.

I first heard of him in the movie "Yesterday".

Decent flick if you like time travel/alternative universe plots.

it would be akin to not knowing who Justin Timberlake was in the late 90s/early aughts.
I'm not sure if N*Sync were as globally famous as One Direction were though.
Harry has a charmed life, I kinda like him. Didn't see last nights show yet...

Tonight is a good one.

The first 3 or 4 skits were good.

It amazes me how they have a lot of them suck when they have so much time to figure this out. They do nothing but think about this for a week.

I could write great ones. Just saying.

The key two great SNL skits are two things: Weird and funny.

Half of the debate sketch appeal is just having all of the old timers coming back to do whoever.

The Thanksgiving teepee sketch was funny just because of how it ended. I also laughed at Colin Jost's material joke.

SNL sucked tonight.

Opening skit was good. Then everything else was garbage.

I know they can't hit on all skits. But it should be more than 50% when you have all week to come up with stuff.

Pretty good so far.

Mr. Robinson and Buckwheat. It’s like a greatest hits show.
