Just watching a game can tell u the offense moves better w Daniels.

Daniel's is averaging 7.1 yrs per pass attempt - middle of the pack.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky averages 5.2 - dead last out of all qualifying qbs.

Mitch don't throw picks because he doesn't even throw the damn ball. He's too slow to process things.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky played last year as well and didn't throw interceptions. In every game that Daniel starts he throws interceptions. He was a penalty away from a 3rd pick in London. Also the offense failed to gain 300 yards in the games he played too. I don't think he passed for 225 yards in either game this season. That isn't a sign of an offense that is moving the ball.

It's (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. He has 10 games to turn his career around.

The offensive line needs an overhaul though, including the TE position.

Blaming (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is too easy. The offense hasn't been explosive in nearly a year. Mitch has been awful this year but the offense still looked like crap under Daniel despite him knowing all of the plays. No player on offense has improved and all but Robinson has regressed. At some point you have to look at coaching.

The defense now of Mitch now is that he does not throw interceptions? He would have to throw it near someone to have it be intercepted.

It's not Cutler's fault. He has a bad line and no receivers.... Oh wait, those are 2015 excuses.

It's a fact not a defense. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was a far better player last year than he is this season and he still didn't throw interceptions. Daniel throws a lot of picks and the offense doesn't look better. Why is that? Coaching!

Who is defending coaching? The coaching is terrible and the offense still looks better when Daniel's is in but still not great or even good. The picks argument is bad - (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky doesn't even throw downfield n I dont care what he did last year. when (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky plays this is one of the two worst offenses in nfl. he is terrible at his job. there are arena league qbs who would be better. he cant even run a play w progressions. all the analysts break down bears film just to laugh at how bad he is.

The picks argument matters because it shows a pattern. Daniel threw threw multiple picks that cost the Bears a game last year when he started and he threw multiple picks that cost the Bears a game this year when he started. In addition to that the offense failed to gain 300 yards and he didn't throw for 225 yards. That's absolute trash. He knows all of the plays so youth or inexperience isn't an excuse.

The reality is Nagy isn't a good play caller. He hasn't been since the league adjusted to him last year. That explains why an offense that has generally looked great everywhere has been mediocre to bad with multiple quarterbacks for almost a year.

What does that mean? (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has the longest completion and longest touchdown pass of the season for the Bears and he's still sucked. The offense has been awful with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky and the offense has been awful with the guy who has 7 years of experience in it. It hasn't been really good in nearly a year. That's on Nagy. I think he's a great leader but he's not a good play caller.

Looking at that play I'm VERY interested to know what tape convinced the Bears to draft Mitch.

There are a lot of factors including Mitch but I am very disappointed and displeased with the O line.

If he throws it to Miller it's a 3 yard gain at best. There are more serious mistakes he makes to spit fire about than that.

Wasn't his accuracy one of his big traits coming out of college?

It didn't need to be accuracy per se but they touted his TD to INT ration or similar.

what is your ultimate point? That trubiksy doesn't suck? he had 80 yards after 3 quarters - dont quote stats that are misleading because he mopped up on garbage time. Nagy lookd like shit but no one could run an offense with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky and yes chase Daniel's is clearly better at playing qb

If we watched the tape I wonder how many plays guys are open and Mitch don't see em.

Maybe Nagy plays aren't bad

Not sure how you can say the offense does not look different w Chase. It's not great, but it looks halfway competent, and we don't go 3 n out every time. Mitch is too dumb to play QB. He doesn't get rid of the ball on time and he stares down his first option every time. Daniel's is no hero but the offense just does look better when he is in. Mitch might be the 64th best qb in the league.

I can say it because the numbers don’t change much, and the play calling is virtually indentical. Chase also makes more mistakes than (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky does with the ball, in more than double the attempts for Mitch they’ve thrown the same amount of picks -and one of Mitch’s picks came in garbage time during his biggest game of the season. As for the criticism of Mitch staring down his receivers and holding on to the ball too long -Chase does pretty much the same thing. And Chase in far less drop backs has half the amount of sacks taken as Mitch.. 10 for Mitch, 5 for Chase. Mitch has around 160 or so drop backs tho to Chases 60 or so.. not a huge difference there at all.

As for who is better? Let’s get it out of the way that neither are great options right now.. but Mitch is capable of doing more. See his huge game against Tampa last year, or his game against the Redskins. Keep in mind one of Chases worst performances was against a mediocre Raiders defense. Mitch usually puts up numbers on bad defenses.

I don’t care for either guy atm, but saying this offense looks any different in a very notable way when either guy is out there isn’t accurate. There’s slight stylistic differences between Chase and Mitch, but overall the offensive play calling and end results don’t vary much. That’s a fact.
