Exactly

That is... not true
Would it also be incorrect to say they are the Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots?

I don't think the Vikings are going to be all that good. Kevin Stefanski + Kirk Cousins = LOL.

I need to do more research on LaFleur de Least, but things don't seem to be trending in the right direction for the Pack's offense. I do think their defense will be improved, though.

Bears should go at least 5-1 in the division this year with both Lions games serving as de facto bye weeks.

I also see wins over the Broncos, Redskins, Raiders, Saints, Giants, Cowboys and Chiefs.

I think its funny that every fandom in the division immediately puts down a 2-0 against the Lions. It is deserved. I still hate to play them on Thanksgiving.

Nope. But there’s only one of those.

I think the Bears are going win their first several games and still end up 8-8 or 9-7 after a brutal second half.

Seems to be an arbitrary dividing line.

I find myself in the highly unusual position of being optimistic about the Bears prospects this season.

I see a spike in offense and special teams and a slight dip in defense (only because they won’t repeat that takeaways number) ....

11-5, division champs, road loss to Rams in NFC championship game.

I'm not quite here. They have a really tough schedule. I would like to see another playoff appearance and a playoff win.

6-3 playoff team with the only 3 losses being away losses to 2 really good teams and 1 formerly good team. A lot of W's coming up.

I'm feeling good. Don't worry about me and mine. Take care of your own poorly sodded yard.

The Vikings may get in and lose a Wild Card game, but do not be fooled into thinking you have a good team. Parts of your team are good. The most important part is not;

A good rover/spy on him and I doubt he'll make it past week 8.

I’m not this down on Mitch. He’s not awful. If he takes another step forward the Bears will be where most Bear fans think they are. I’m just of the opinion that’s a pretty huge if.

If he takes a step forward, he'll be average.

And the Bears roster is good enough to win with that.

Last year the Bears roster was. Every season is a new thing. Let’s see how regression and the loss of Fangio hits.

Hit like a freight train

Nagy definitely props up his production but I think he’s around average now. Maybe slightly below last year.

After watching Nagy get outcoached by Jim Schwartz for most of the playoff game last year, I think you have to hope that he picks up his game.

You were alone among Bear fans with your good assessment.
