NBA players have no pride. These are the guys who have to be carried off of the court bawling after a cramp.

Just accept it.

I assumed your idea was a joke. My bad.

Your idea is bad because you have to start compensating fans for all injuries. You bought tickets to Zion on opening night? Here is 50% of your money back.

After all the money that LeBron lost in China you can't do that to the players.

You don’t have to be so smarmy Brick.

What’s wrong with reimbursing fans who thought they were going to see Zion?

The league and Lebron will be fine.

It's fine to me. It's not going to be fine to people who want to use the NBA to make money.

You're smart enough to know how stupid that post sounds. Patrick Beverley would fuck you up quick.

Sounds like this is something we should let the new CBA figure out.

It's a revenue sharing league. Which side of the CBA negotiations is going to have that as something they would even consider?

I think there is already a 3rd party company offering ticket insurance.

we'll offer everyone free tickets and we won't have to raise taxes on the middle class! Oh and player salaries will still be paid exactly the same as they are now.

It must be nice to miss over 20% of the season because you are sore and get paid for 82 games. #SOFT

Probably the worst thing for the NBA is that the Raptors won a championship by employing Load Management with Kawhi. Makes it tougher to discredit now.

Not sure you can be the best player in the NBA when you're so fragile that you need to rest 20% of the season.

That is where it is going to hurt him but if he doesn't care about being the best in the league then i guess it doesn't matter.

I thought they tried to change the schedule and avoid back to backs to help with this?

It’s one of those things that idiots glomb on to with zero evidence that it works .

Could have sworn the Spurs started it during their dynasty.

Also pretty sure the Warriors used it a little bit during their run.

The Raptors of course.

Maybe it works?
