In the suburbs, there aren't many better options for fried chicken. Brown's is mostly gone (no thanks to Murph) and no one goes to KFC anymore. Popeyes may not be the best, but its certainly better than the other options.

Well, if you get desperate there's always Jewel chicken.

tried the spicy last week. apparently just a spicy sauce. It took about 25 minutes to get it while there were only like 4 patrons in the store. The guy in front of me ordered his with nothing on it and the lady legit rolled her eyes as she punched it in.

the other 3 people in there were not happy about their wait. The old chinese guy behind me ordered 3 of the 2 piece deal for 1.89 and he was done and out of there before i got my food.

What is so hard about making these?

its pretty interesting that i had heard it was a disaster to get these like all over the country and was like, i'm just hearing the bad stuff not the good stuff yet now twice i've had them and its been a less than smooth experience both times at two different locations.

like...its a sandwich. bun sauce meat pickle bun.

I've had them twice in the last week and both times was in and out during lunch time on a weekday. Must be a location by location thing.

That would be me. I’m anti-condiment.

yeah, I've never understood the need to make sammiches all slimy and sloppy. Mayo is fucking disgusting. I'm not 100% against pickles, but they're overpowering on sammiches. I like to actually taste the meat.

Awful mayonnaise opinions, but what else should I expect?

A great mayo opinion would be to say that 'mayo is fucking terrible'

you need mayo to grease the skids so the dried up woody chicken breast doesn't get lodged in your gullet. I suppose you could force it down with a 64 oz. Mountain Dew.

I completely acknowledge 99% of the world loves mayo and a sloppy mess of a sammich. I just will never get it. I'm fine being in the minority here.
