Green has been an outstanding playoff player. You can pick out some boneheadedness, but overall he's been a key ingredient. This is why people overrate him. Because he's overachieved under pressure.

He was a role player even in his best days. One of the top 5 worst contracts in the league the second it kicks in.

Outstanding championship player. He's a winner and his playoff stats are evidence of it. Myself, I like guys who step it up when it's time to step it up. And by the way, while the aristocrats are all laid up, he's still humping it. So fuck the haters.

Draymond is the best 4th best player on a team. I say he wins that award... he is good really only in that role. I think he would be an above average third best player on a team too.

You don't want to admit he overachieved in the playoffs. That's of course, ridiculous. What you really want to say is he overachieved because of who he was playing with. That would run you into a dead end. Because overachieve, he did, and his contributions were more than solid. Everything in this world IS what it IS, including professional basketball, including Green's contract, including his skill level. It also includes his 8 years or whatever it is playing playoff basketball. He shined. Even amongst the aristocrats, he shined.

He got undressed by Siakam in last year's Finals. That is simply one series but there are numerous others. He had the one 38 point game and maybe a few others but there were a whole lot of clunkers mixed in between.
