Only $275,000 for digital and social media production/placement but they got 100x's the exposure of their $780,000 TV/Radio/Print budget. Probably could've held a contest with a scholarship prize for university or high school students to come up with an anti-drug campaign for a fraction of the cost.

My guess is that before this became a national joke, they were probably crowing about how they came in so far under budget.
