At this point, run the no huddle at least every other possession. How could it hurt?

Bears 27
Lions 3

A game that ends up being as exciting as watching the turkey cook, I'll say the Bears prevail 16-9

Prior to kickoff Joe Buck will on behalf of Fox will read a public apology. They are contractually obligated to air this game and they apologize for the horrendous football that will be broadcast on these airwaves for the next 3.5 hours.

at the end of the game no turkey legs will be awarded... they will be given to the homeless people outside.

I see Cohen and Montgomery spinning, bouncing and running all over the astroturf.

Bears will look anemic in the first half, but pull out an ugly victory.

Whoever backs up Driskell is probably better than (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky.

Do you buy into some of the narratives talking about the Bears being unprepared going into games and only figuring out some stuff after half time (not that the second half is all that great either)?

Do you buy into the narrative that (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was effectively asking Nagy for more no huddle in his post-game presser? This was first floated on the Aftershow. If so, what do you think the odds are that Nagy would do this, especially after a Nagy presser when he said that we were #1 or #2 in no huddle? We're actually #4 and #1 is far beyond #2 and everyone else.

It kind of feels like asking Nagy to run the I formation to me, which mostly worked and had the lead blocker covering for many OL assignment and execution problems. Maybe he'll do it and maybe he won't. I think there's something other than normal logic at play with him, like Dan Hampton's, "Nagy's the smartest guy in the room" thing, lol.

My guess would be they eat Blough alive but I would have said the same thing about Driskell in the first game.

Pagano should blitz, blitz and blitz some more.

Bears 28
Lions 6

Driskel will hobble out of the Lions locker room and lead the Lions to a thrilling 8-2 football game

It's a little surprising he is on a roster. I guess if you count the Lions. They really like him though.

They like him so much that the Lions tried to get their old 3rd stringer back from the XFL, but they blocked the Lions from doing so

Well they did trade for Blough too. I think they preferred he didn't play this year but now they have to throw him to an all time great defense.

Jay Cutler could be hungover, fly in from Nashville tomorrow morning to take the field, and still likely be better than Mitch.

Pagano won't blitz. Remember how effective blitzing with skrine in week 2 I think it was? I don't think I've seen that since. In fact when was the last ss blitz or nickle blitz?
