Bears DT Akiem Hicks (elbow) resumed practicing Sunday.

Hicks hadn't practiced in nearly two months. If all goes well, he could return when first eligible in Week 15. Among the league's top run-pluggers, Hicks' return would provide a huge boost to Chicago's defensive front.

It seems to be getting missed that if they had immediately put him on the list instead of waiting a week he would be back for this game

Pace never explained that move as we all thought he was done for the year
