Once they said Pec injury it was obvious he was done for the year. I don't think I've ever heard of a football player injuring it and it wasn't torn.

Especially when they don't say "His return to this game is questionable" and just say "He's out for the game"

Who was the other recent Bear player who had the same injury that knocked him out for a long time? Was it Briggs? Also I had never heard of a torn pectoral muscle before. It seems like a kind of strange injury. What does someone do to tear that muscle anyway?
