Mitch vs Baker is a tough one. Baker’s rookie season has been the best stretch either has showed but I’d probably take Mitch over him going forward.

Baker hasn't played well this season and he throws everyone under the bus. If he continues to regress he'll be out of football in a few years. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is a hard worker and great teammate that finally told Nagy to get the fuck out of the way. He's played well and with confidence since that time. If he flames out as a starter he'll still have a 12 year career because of his character.

Its a what-have-you-done-for-me lately league. From a pure football perspective Mitch is ahead of Baker, but the age and contract considerations (though one by one year) probably even it out.

Both are dealing with bad head coaches who are holding them back, but I reckon Nagy is still a lot better than Kitchens.

Let's not forget that Baker wanted Kitchens. Now he's burned it up.

Allen's the wildcard of the group. Not sure what to make of him yet. I think he's probably the least talented but has the best coach of the four. I'm interested to see how he does against NE this week. If he's Peterman-esque again that would be alarming.

Cutler’s always been competent. Kenyan Drake, Davante Parker, and Ryan Tannehill look 10x better without Gase coaching them. He’s widely regarded as one of the worst head coaches in the league.

Cutler's been the same guy his entire career. Gase did nothing special with him. Tanehill has never been even close to as good as he is this year, not sure what you're smoking.

Fake news! I'm not defending him as a coach. I disputing your nonsense. Gase became a head coach because of his work with Cutler and his success in Denver. Those are facts.

There is evidence to suggest that Nagy is a great leader of men. He's just not ready to lead an offense or develop a quarterback.

It wasn't his work with Cutler. He's been living on his rep that Peyton Manning handed to him. He unequivocally failed as a head coach in Miami (cant say that about Nagy yet) and only a team like the Jets was dumb enough to give him another chance, and he's currently blowing that now. He will have been fired from two head coaching jobs before Nagy gets fired from his first.
