6 players potentially in the Pro Bowl.

That seems high.

 @ the Allen Robinson comment. Tampa Bay alone has two more deserving candidates. Hoge’s a dipshit.

Amusing Mack got the reputation vote though.

Mack will be at the Pro Bowl but you won't see him and if you try to meet him there will be a security guard blocking you from it.

But then he’ll donate a few dollars of his $150 million to charity so he can act like an asshole the rest of the year. All works out in the end.

And then we can blame Hicks getting hurt for everything.

Allen Robinson probably does deserve the pro-bowl more than any other Bear this year.

Mack can't get enough tackles? Akiem Hicks was hurt.

BP oil spill? Akiem Hicks was hurt.

Berlin Wall? Akiem Hicks was hurt.

Boilermaker Rick not being able to make a relevant post the past 10 years? Akiem Hicks was hurt.

The pro bowl is a joke, has been for as long as I can remember. Who gives a crap?

I don’t necessarily disagree. The problem is Thomas, Evans, and Godwin are clearly better choices than Robinson. Julio probably is too. DJ Moore probably is. Golladay might be. I’m sure I’m missing a few. It would be very difficult to make a case that A Rob was a top 4 WR in the conference this year even though he’s been very good.

Paterson was the best at his job. Outside of him I completely agree.

Pro Bowl is meaningless, All Pro is where it’s at.. and I honestly can’t think of a single Bear that deserves that nod this year.

For special teams? I guess I could see that.

The worst part about undeserving players making the Pro Bowl is having to listen to dumbasses like Mully and Zaidman use the term to defend them in future discussions. Its like Hub citing former coach of the year winners.

I don’t think he’s ever done enough to have a reputation.

3rd in the NFL in punt return average and made it as a PR alternate, right? What’s the issue?

Mack deserved it. Double teamed on virtually every down. Easily one of the top dozen best defensive players in the NFC. So is Fuller.

He had one good return this year. Otherwise he’s getting 6 yards/return. Eye test. He’s been bad.

Yeah I guess so. Especially with how diluted the return game has become recently I doubt they’re looking hard at it. I dunno, there’s not much opportunity there either way, hard to really pick nits about a PR alternate

Plus, he averages more yards per punt return than GB has total punt return yards all season. All about perspective.

I guess we just hold our players to a higher standard than they do in Green Bay.

Except for Khalil Mack.

Agreed. As a fellow millennial I can identify with just not giving a shit for a year and then getting your shit together again afterward

For real though the GB punt return yardage thing is amusing. Last I saw they still had negative yards and the all time record for lowest team PR yards is 32. Football is weird
