Same. Either Pace is going to be extended and he'll hire a new coach to try to improve Mitch OR Pace doesn't get extended past 2021 and the new GM brings in their new coach to evaluate Mitch for half a season. In either case, Mitch is playing every game the next two seasons barring injury.

Right, I'm saying after 2021, either Pace with a new coach or the next GM will keep Mitch around for some of the 2022 season. Even if he's not great, he's a high round pick and the next coach will want to make it their reclamation project.
