Out in Cleveland. I would hire this guy in a second as a GM. The Mahomes pick looks to be one of the biggest steals in NFL history. Also pumped in a TON of talent to Cleveland.

Holy fuck, yes!

This guy is a fucking draft-day assassin. Whereas Ryan Pace is draft-day roadkill.

Someone else's take

Quote:
The Browns were apparently trying to get Dorsey to agree to a reduced role, which almost always results in a "parting of ways." Dorsey spent barely two years on the job, but it was an eventful time as he engorged on Sashi Brown's stockpiled cap space and draft picks cache. The results were 7-8-1 and 6-10 campaigns as Dorsey flailed in his attempt to build around Baker Mayfield. A calculated risk that backfired was Dorsey's promotion of interim OC Freddie Kitchens to head coach. A reckless risk that exploded in his face was failing to address the offensive line. "Chief strategy officer" Paul DePodesta is expected to have a big say in finding Dorsey's replacement.

The Zeitler trade was a fireable offense

Browns gonna Brown.

Good luck with the baseball stat guy running the show. Doesn't he get the blame for 7-8-1 and 6-10 as well. He certainly was getting lots of credit beforehand

Being a pimp on draft day is 90% of the job. A rare skill. The rest you can figure out.

"Culture" is a synonym for ass-kissing, back-stabbing POS.

The Browns probably had one of the best offensive lines of the decade and then right when they were ready to compete they let it fall apart.

Still he should not have been canned. Two years? Really?
