They're meeting again. Maybe he has compromising photos of Jerry.

Jerry knows that nobody wants to work for him. Riveria jumped to the Skins and didn't even wait on the Cowboys job. Doesn't seem like Meyer is interested.

Dan Snyder introduced Ron Rivera at a press conference and opened by wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving

things went so well with McCarthy that the former Green Bay Packers head coach stayed in Dallas another day.

I think he was hungry.

My dream scenario was him landing with the Vikings. This would be an acceptable consolation prize

Baylor is an infraction waiting to happen in just about every sport.

Joe Judge, Patriots WR coach, the position that ultimately led to the team's demise this year. Probably, on the surface, one of the worst hires in recent memory.

I guess Brian Flore's semi-success in Miami this year has teams back on the hire whoever the fuck from New England binge again.

My guy Campbell from Iowa State isn't getting any consideration. I wonder if that is self imposed or pros aren't taking notice.

So the Redskins were the only team that seems to have managed to fire their shitty coach and replace him with a definitively better one.

Yep

To be fair it'll take a real effort from the Browns to downgrade or tread water from Kitchens.

The Browns haven't hired anyone yet. One of my sales guys has season tickets for both the Browns and Lions....he gets enough shit from us on a regular basis, but when he saw Schwartz name rumored this morning, he was mildly apoplectic.

I'm not convinced the Redskins will be worth a damn thing even with Rivera...Snyder is still the owner, and they don't have a GM...that tells me that they're going to get a Snyder yes man who will find ways to undermine Rivera whenever possible. Snyder is literally a wannabe Jerry Jones.

The Giants suck, anyway.

I'm intrigued by what Matt Rhule can do in Carolina...

I dont think the Redskins will win anything with Haskins behind center, but that should be pretty apparent in the not-too-distant future so I do not envision it costing Rivera his job.

I too am intrigued by Rhule, but not in a necessarily good way.

The Browns job went from one of the most attractive to now radioactive. The quarterback is a stubborn child, the receivers are in open revolt, the best player on the team nearly got thrown out of the league (which was a bit of an overreaction to be fair) and the one guy in the front office who knew what he was doing got canned. I cannot imagine they'll get anyone decent to come in there, Schwartz may honestly be the best they could do. I would rather have him than Kitchens, tell you that much.

Either way its starting to make sense why Jacksonville kept Marrone and Atlanta kept Quinn. Hell, even Jerry's reticence to fire Garrett now looks prudent. There simply aren't many good coaches available this cycle.

I am surprised teams are not waiting to interview Greg Roman. He turned Lamar Jackson into an MVP when nobody thought he would be a viable NFL QB. The only time Colin Kaepernick was a functional NFL QB was during his tenure in San Fran as well.

How many Super Bowls have the Saints played in over the last ten years?
