Trae lit it up back to back this weekend. 28/10 at Boston in a close loss.

Came out last night vs Indiana and hit his first 9 shots en route to 30 in the first half. Only 11 in the second, but a massive driving layup at the end to secure the win. Finished with 41 and I think 10 assists again.

Not bad for first game back after an ankle roll.

Collins averaging 19 and 10 since back. Hawks might be worth a watch since they are 2-4 since he's been back and the defense, as far as points allowed, is significantly down over the last 4.

Could be just the dog days of winter though.

Collins was injured early in Friday's game. Fell hard on his back. He was out last night along with Parker and Reddish. Hawks won with a starting front court of Jones-Fernando-Hunter.

Trae and Collins have started and finished the same game together a total of 4 times all season.

Oh. Looking at the box score now. Huerter finally had a nice game. A real nice game

Trae 29/12 on 8/12 shooting. Lost to Denver, but was competitive again. Team is playing a lot better with Collins back and Huerter apparently finally over his early season injuries.

I watched some of the first half but tired quickly from the "not trying". I knew they had no chance.

Trae was spectacular though. He threw a bounce pass into the lane to seemingly no one but then Len showed up. Honestly, it reminded me of Gretzky.

42/13/10 for Trae last night in close loss to Houston. 3rd career triple double. Outplayed the Beard ever so slightly.

Meaningless stats in another game that was over by the 2nd quarter. 8-30 record. Worst record in the league. Told that things were going to change once Collins and Huerter returned and they have won exactly one game with all of them in the lineup since they all have been back. Still being blowned out routinely.

He ain't a bust
He looks like he will be an All Star
He still isn't very good.

Down 16 after the 1st quarter. Down 14 heading into the 4th qtr. Not exactly close.
What do you expect from a guy that once said that Lonzo "Didn't play bad" after scoring 0 points and being torched for 32 by his opposing number.

Great back and forth between Harden and Ice Trae on twitter after they exchanged 40 pt triple doubles the other night.

From the Jump yesterday, Kendrick Perkins and Chauncy Billups calling Ice Trae a generational player and better than Steph at this point is their respective careers. Starts at 6:46 mark.

The mere fact that he is desperate to find guys that agree with his opinion says quite a bit.

Here are the facts. They have 7 wins out of about 35 in games that he has played. Tonight they were beaten by a team full of rotation guys and G Leaguers.

This after being told they'd be better when they got their full roster back.

If this kid was as good as No Great Shakes keeps telling us then their record would be better.
They have the worst record in the league despite the fact that he has played in most of his team's games.

He isn't all that good and if he is the team's best player then they will never amount to much.

They will never make the playoffs with him as their best player.

He can put up all of the stats that he wants. They are meaningless. He is a loser.

More facts. Washington's starting lineup last night consisted of:

3 late 2nd rounders. 1 undrafted player. 1 late first rounder.

Atlanta's top 6 guys from last night were all first round draft picks.

4 of them were lottery picks.

All of them were middle of the first round picks or higher.

Washington only has 2 first round picks (Beal and Mahmini) that are actively playing on their entire roster.

Their record without Beal is better than their record with Beal %wise

They have now beaten Atlanta twice without their best player. Last night they were missing their 3 best players.

Atlanta has actually won a game that the "Ice Trae" has not participated in. You'd never know that by simply listening to the proclamations of "No Great Shakes"

Washington has 5 more wins than Atlanta even though they have a collection of bums on their roster.

Their record with him will be worse this year than it was 2 years ago when they had a worse roster and their best player missed 15 games. Conveniently he (Shroeder) was traded away so that they could make room for Trae. Now they are winning 20% of the games that he plays.

"Generational Talent" My ass. Generational talents do not so willingly lose the way that he does. Generational talents make teams better. He hasn't and won't.

you know Trae had his one bad game out of ten when Bob shows up and posts.

Before that was averaging 33ppg in his past 10 games.

See you in a few weeks Bob!

The point remains that Trae shouldn't be bragging. His team fucking sucks. This "Ice Trae" thing SHOULD embarrass him but he embraces it.

I have zero concerns about Young's talent. I have concerns on how he grew up in the game and his priorities. Once Trae gets his little All Star appearance, I want Pierce to put his foot up his ass. Trae is the leader of the "not try" defense so he has to take the brunt of of the criticism and punishment. Then we can see how he reacts.

He is the best player on the worst team in the league. Though they hardly possess the worst talent in the league.

He has to own some of that.

Saying he is better now isn't exactly News Walt. I know you thinks it is some sort of revelation but it isn't.

Fultz has missed two seasons. You had him as a bust. Said it numerous times. I have yet to hear you proclaim that you were wrong even as its obvious you were.

In fact you have yet to say you were wrong about anything. Though have no problem producing a gif whenever the move strikes.

Young is playing better currently. He has been placed in a situation where they allow him to do whatever he wants to do on the floor. Fultz has not. He plays in a structured offense on a team that will be in the playoffs.
Trae Young plays for a team that is a circus act most nights.

Makes a difference. He is stat padding and nothing else.

You said that they would never be better than Minnesota. Funny how you never seem to admit that.

Embiid is regarded as the best center in the game currently. You were wrong about that as well.

Simmons is on his way to his 2nd All Star game in 3 seasons.

Philly is fine and actually 2 GMs removed from the Process yet you continuously mention it.

You never thought it would work as well as it did and you came out looking like a fool.

Thanks for referencing me in your posts too as its obvious no one really pays much attention to you around here.

No one discusses much of anything with you on here. If i don't interact with you no one else does.

Haven't you sort of realized that? You have to resort to asskissing guys (as you're doing now) that i argue with on here just to remain relevant.

No one cares about your dumbass opinions on here. Sort of obvious that they believe you are a kook.

I don't think you have been correct about much of anything since i began posting here regularly. You function merely as the cranky old guy around here. Nothing more.
