It was the best interview Mac has ever done in his career. Could have fought him more but he didn't let Pappy ramble. He actually got Pappy to pause a couple times cuz Pappy was shocked he was being criticized.

Mac - Talkin entertainment and such.

North - Bullshit answer.

Mac - Had to piss you off that you couldn't beat Mike & Mike.

North - Well, we'ze was the best morning show da Score ever had. Hey, we just finished 5th.

Mac - Since when is Mike North happy finishing 5th.

North - (Pause) Well, I'm not happy I'm just sayin' dat....

Mac - Did you say on Comcast that you had nothing to do with breaking up the shows at the Score in 1999?

North - Dats right.

Mac - I don't believe you. You marched down to Harvey's office demanding it a month before it happened.

So Mike (I refuse to call him pappy) never answered without pointing the finger at Mac? What a piece of shit.

I don't agree it's his best interview. Whenever the interview subject is talking over the host, it's a bad interview. It was good in the fact that it was uncomfortable radio at times, but I enjoy the interviews with Vern Lundquist infinitely more.
