Of all the things to rip on Boylen for, this isn't one of the top ones. Robert Horry made some big playoff shots in his career, but overall they are similar players. Comparing Horry's entire career to Kornet in his third year seems dumb.

If Robert Horry played in today's NBA, he would be an average 3-and-D player. Otto Porter will less minutes. Still better than Kornet, but not some legend.

Kornet should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as Horry. Just shut up.

Agreed, but he is SUCH a meathead. Everyone, including Stacey King, has had enough.

I don't know who is right. I just enjoyed the broadcaster laughing at the coach.

I haven't watched a Bulls game in almost a month. No regrets. What an embarrassing team

Robert Horry was just a guy who was lucky to be a role player on some really good teams.

Luke Kornet is a third year player with a better career 3P%, and similar rebound and assist numbers that has played on awful teams.

I'm not a Kornet fan. I'm just realistic about who Robert Horry was.

I agree that King's response was hilarious though. And it came as a response to Boylen's entire vibe...not just one or two comments he has made.

Horry played the majority of his career in the NBA era where you could still play D. He would post huge numbers in today's NBA. I doubt Kornet is in the NBA by this time next year. It's a horrific thought.

Robert Horry wasn't some great ball handler. He found open spots on the court and took spot up threes. He wasn't shaking and baking. His 3P attempts would not be better or worse... his 3P percentage would not be better and he'd be looked at as an average shooter. And since you can't play the level of D he used to play, he'd be considered an average defender. You made my point for me. I didn't need the help, but thanks.

Tyler Herro is who I thought I could be when I was about 14 years old. Then I learned you'd have to know how to dribble all fancy to play high school basketball, and it wasn't just a game of HORSE.

I enjoy Kornet's man swishing a 3 right at the end, really puts an exclamation point on it.

You're still on the team and being coached when you're not suiting up for the games...
