If the Bears miss the playoffs again in 2020, there is only one way it ends for Ryan Pace.

Termination.

Why?

1.Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky
2. Matt Nagy

He still has about 1 month to at least make the grave more comfortable by signing a LEGIT QB to compete with Mitch, but if he does not and rolls into 2020 with standing by his 2 biggest mistakes, then he is playing with fire.

It's one thing to make franchise altering mistakes. It's another to not admit them.

So far Ryan Pace has shown the PAINFULLY OBVIOUS and STUBBORN inability to admit his mistakes. And when you have no interest in holding yourself accountable, someone else has to.

The only question is, are Sweaty Teddy or Boy George willing to hold THEIR hand-picked hire accountable?

When your HC (who sucks anyway) thinks the QB that his direct superior HAND-PICKED, sucks, you got problems.

Somethings got to give next January. It just has to... right???

I guess I'm just wondering which is the most likely Pace scenario:

1. COMPLETELY admit his mistakes and over pay for Brady or Newton?

2. SEMI admit his mistake and sign a Bridgewater or Dalton?

3. Do nothing and go down with the ship?

I bet he pulls #2 but wouldn't be shocked if he goes all dumb ass #3 on us.

I'll gladly help dig that grave.
