Seconded. German engineering. The only drawback is that it has no grinder so there is a trap you have to clean and it gets disgusting. But the positive is that there's no grinder to break down.

Turded. Put in a Bosch 500 at the start of the year. Very happy so far.

I have not been impressed with our Bosch. We had a kitchen aid one that was pretty good a while back.

Bosch or Miele are best, but newer energy saving regulations have made the latest models worse than previous ones. I don't think they are allowed to get the water as hot, so instead they run longer cycles. The regular cycle on my Bosch takes over two hours now.

Mine takes nearly 3 hours now. Can’t say it’s been an issue in a month so far. We run it at night and empty in the morning.

I like the feature that opens it when it completes to let air into the tube. Impressed by overall dryness in the morning.

Bosch without question. The biggest problem is it is so quiet you sometimes can't tell it is on.

got a bosch from abt, wasnt their supr high end one ($700 or so), my only real complaint is the tops of dishes/cups that can trap water will still have water at end of the cycle... need a dish towel to quickly wipe the excess away when putting dishes away... not a big deal, but annoying.

a bigfan of the top 3rd tray for small crap that otherwise is tough to place in traditional locations.

if you have young kids, get one that has the buttons on the top of the door as they are hidden from little fingers

compared to the piece of shit kitchenaid that it replaced, i cant believe how quiet the bosch is... in fact they have to provide a red light that shines on the floor to let you know it's still working.

BTW I got a stainless Bosch on craigslist for $175. Stupid people get rid of awesome stuff cheap simply because they want to redecorate, flip houses etc.

My next Bosch purchase is gonna be an oven. They have been perfecting that oven shit since the 40s.

Bosch we have is nice, only 8 years old but family if 5 It gets run a lot. When new it was impossible to even hear running in a quiet house and since our house is never quiet it remains impossible to hear running.

Wash your dishes by hand. Builds character.

It's possible on almost all Bosch models. You hit like 3 buttons in order.
