Hello

There's probably something wrong with me in that I don't follow Hockey or Basketball. I like playing basketball as a kid but I don't follow college or the pros. I only really get into baseball and football.

Feb and March are my 2 least fav months. So with the advent of the XFL, I'm trying to get into it and I really like it a lot. I am partial to the Renegades and Tampa (Marc Trestman and Jerry Glanville) and am a neutral watcher of the Battlehawks. I gotta say, the XFL is much better than I thought and it's a lot of fun. Filling up Feb and March well.

I wish wish wish wish Chicago would get a team. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky could play on it :-) Anyone know if Chicago might get a team in the XFL in the future if the league survives? If Chicago had a team, I REALLY be into the XFL. As it is, I like it but am sort of adopting Dallas and Tampa.

I imagine a period of success for the XFL would result in expansion and Chicago seems like a clear candidate for a team.

Ryan Field, perhaps.

Nah, it would be an uphill fight with Evanston. Think Bridgeview.

And welcome, CBC.

Week 1 - 3.1 million viewers
Week 2 - 2.1 million viewers
Week 3 - 1.6 million viewers

Needs to hold on at that point -- sure the 1st week was always going to be higher because of curiosity, but 1.5 million seems about where they need to be week to week going forward.

Hope it happens. I would like to root for a Chicago football team

Count me in the 1.5M that will probably likely never tune back in. The curiosity evaporated pretty quickly for me.

Who would sit in the cold of February to watch a start up league?
