Here is why I blame the managers. Make the starters of these games go 4 or 5 innings. That way you don't have this problem. They can do it. The starters are named cuz they are rested. You have to protect for extras.

They can't. By rule, the starters can go, at most, three innings.

Im sure people are going to complain about this game. Pitchers that shouldnt have been pitching. The time of the game. In the end though? Damned entertaining. I want more of this, seeing the best in both leagues playing like they really care is good stuff. Rip Bud for what he deserves, but this was a good all star game regardless of him.
