The Red Sox got sick & tired of Manny Ramirez's shtick, and found a team at the last minute to tolerate his hot dog act. It's not cheap by any means, because I believe Manny earns $20 million a year to hit home runs and act like an absolute jerk. I'm not sure Manny's hot dog act will go real far with Joe Torre filling out the lineup card at Dodger Stadium...

At least they didnt trade Bay to the Cubs, that would have probably been a much worse deal for the Pirates. Hendry treats their GM like a baby treats a diaper.


I thought that the Pirates were one of the Cubs' minor league affiliates.
