Hawk is getting on my nerves today. I mean, he's acting like this is the end of the world. Ok. We're gonna lose 3 out of 4 to the Twins. Relax Hawk. We've got 2 months to go.

It's just the tone of his voice. It just really grates on me when we lose these "big games".
DAGGUMMIT!!! By the way, Mauer just drove home another gift run with an RBI groundout, and I'll shut the hell up now!

see that's the thing where i can't defend hawk as much as he's nostalgia and everything and i still like his little coined phrases. but dude's a play by play announcer. job is to call the game. not chew out the umps.

he reminds me of my pawpaw watching saints games. except, cleverer sayings.

I watched some of the game tonight and caught Hawks meltdown, he needs to realize that most umps have thin skin and if that gets back to them about his constant bitching, the white sox will not get a break. Is that fair, no, but its the way it is, someone needs to shut him up.

He didn't say a word about the bunt/HBP either. That call was worse than all the other calls put together. That being said, that call had no impact on the game, since it just resulted in a walk anyway.

Hawk's umpire bitch fest has been getting progressively worse all season, but he's been really bad this series. From the sounds of things, sounds like he wants to implode the Metrodome tommorow (can't blame him for that thought) with about a dozen MLB umps inside of it.

Guess Kenny should of traded for a reliever, which he needed, instead of a old outfielder he didn't need.

Schmitty, he probably should've dealt for an extra arm in the bullpen, but he might still get one via waivers...or maybe not.

I would have loved that too, but did any relivers get traded? Mahey, Ohman, Street, etc....Maybe the price was so high.
