it didnt make sense that it was at $5 months ago... it doesnt make sense that it's this high when they haven't shown anything other than hype

It's largely based upon analyst projections for what their market share will be with online and in person sports gambling along with projected increases in the size of that market over the next few years. It actually makes sense when looking at the valuation Draft Kings has right now.
