Maybe not a true "forfeit" as the teams scheduled to play the Cardinals don't deserve the unearned "Win" so you just drop an "L" in the Cardinals column, penalizing them but not rewarding the other team.

No, both the Brewers and the Cards should get Ls for the 4 they just missed.

It's 7 Cardinals. But as earlier stated, it's their own fuckup. Just like the Marlins. So hopefully guys start getting their shit together.

Well, even my crackpot ideas are still better than just wiping the entire season.

if your players are stupid enough to go out to a casino or nightclub then those games should be forfeited. what a better way for the organization to clamp down on this shit.

People count the travelling party because their cases get the games cancelled same as the players

Hopefully the Marlins test negative again today which will make it 3 days in a row and they can get back tomorrow? Or soon?

Edit- Not scheduled until the 7th.

They want to get paid so they have to adjust. If not, opt out and try to break Chamberlain's record.

Get a couple of "spirit coaches" for the straight players and make them part of the traveling party.

That would be giving it the ol' (big) college try :!:

It's not still true, nor has it been true at any point since you started posting it

It’s like you guys don’t understand the English language.
“Failing” is the current state. MLB hasn’t “failed”, that would be an endgame. A destination. They’re not there yet. But it’s clearly heading more toward “failure” than “success”.

It’s been a week and half, in a 60 game season, and yet:

Multiple teams have played 4-5 games, while most have played 9-11. In a compacted 60 schedule with little room for make ups. They literally had to shorten the length of games to even give a glimpse of hope in getting close to 60 games.
At least a dozen teams have had their scheduled games canceled due to COVID.
In a week and a half.

Players are bailing. Teams are losing tons of money. Many on both sides are calling for the resignation of the commissioner.

All of this despite the safety protocols already put in place to keep a “season” going.

If anyone has a list of reasons how this has been “successful”,
I’d be willing to listen.

Holy shit, I was wrong on the difference in games played.

It’s only 3-5 games that some teams have played.

Spanky is failing in this thread. Failed would be the end game so he isn't there yet, but he is on The Fast Track in getting there.

Baseball was supposed to be cancelled by Monday and here we are. I think people are realizing that getting diagnosed with what amounts to a bad cold(if that) isn't the end of the world.

I understand the english language just fine. MLB isn't failing. You're wrong here, and have been wrong since you began posting about MLB.

I would recommend re-evaluating your approach to this topic.

Still 15 games scheduled to be played today/tonight. Where are the cuck boys with their "failing" analysis.
