Thumbs down to the management of 1000 ESPN for airing Gamenight or whatever they're calling it now (The Pulse?). Both Chicago baseball teams in it, the Sox's first game with Griffey, Bears training camp, and they opt out of having Hood on with Carm or even a Ben Finfer. It's only one night, but damnit, I'm selfish. I tune in expecting The Show and instead, I get ESPN national programming. A huge letdown.

Listeners hoping to get "The Show" and Chicago sports talk got "The Pulse" with Doug Gottlieb from "the Big Boys in Bristol, CT" instead...Talk about a letdown!

Take it easy, its only one FRIDAY night in the middle of the summer. JD was with the Bears, Carm filled in for Waddle in the morning, and Finfer just produced 5 hours of show...I dont know what Hood was up to.
