It's not like you can walk into a bank and say " close my account and give me my 200k" and be in and out quickly.. That guy was probably waiting for 90 minutes.. Plenty of time for any teller to text their boyfriend or cousin.

Agreed. I would be shocked if a bank employee isn't arrested. As a courtesy, why wouldn't the bank send out a security guard?

Pretty sure most banks don't even carry 200K on hand. It's usually a special order that can take days.
