I’m down 15 but a lot of that is due to golfing and walking. I still have 25 more to lose but am stuck at my current weight. I was drinking a lot of beer at the beginning of Covid but cut it way back the last month.

well no shit, but fortunately 1) i have a lot of clothes and 2) there are kind of assigned laundry days/times here. i couldnt get to them the last two days because if i wanted to go around the times it would have interfered with me doing sini things, like uploading this track. can't have interference with me doing sini things.

Slow to start at the beginning, but I've lost some weight. I hate scales, so I'm not measuring. Running and walking regularly offsets the increased beer intake.

Up at least 35 pounds. When F45 closed their gyms i stopped working out. Do not like working out at home alone. Started back running and golfing in June, then tore my meniscus hitting a drive at top golf. Now i cant do anything. I discovered it is way harder for me to diet when I am not exercising. Should have it all off by next February provided the gyms stay open.

I gained at least 15 (didn't get on the scale), but have lost all of it except 5. Still need to lose an additional 15 on top of that, but that's pre-covid weight.

been playing hockey 3x per week and eating better, but could eat better than I am.

Agree with you here. My weight has fluctuated anywhere from 190 to 175 since I graduated high school but never so much that I had to buy new clothes. Currently, at 182 with 9.8% body fat.
