1. It looks like Mac has become Score is Doomed's new target as Mr. North is gone and done, or mulling over the numerous offers still. Hey, SiD needs something to do.

2. I will toss MJH into the celeb ring for the purposes of this discussion, but over the years I have met a few people that do this sports radio stuff. Rarely have I initially identified myself as the creator of this thinktank of sports radio commentary. Usually I just say hello and I enjoy the show. I would tell you Mac would be one of the more genuine guys around. comments like "Slumlord, you outkicked your coverage on that one" are real! They are not "Out of all the callers I get, you are one of the best" fake lines. (Murph, I still like your show, but you drop that line like my dog drops shits) or when Seanio was buying us cocktails at Barleycorn telling me how good of a show he had.

3. MJH does go out of the way to do things with and for the audience they target. Not only is it nice, it's smart! I think Mully and Hanley have that chance and willingness to do something similar, but the Score has had years to do anything as well or cool as the Manniversary or the TailGate and nothing ???

In my interactions with MJH (and those behind the glass), this is 100% true.

Maybe they have Scorehead of the year? and I just don't remember it. Which then says something.

When this crapfest goes back to a good sportstalk show like it was, I"ll let up. But as long as they attempt to showcase the failed humor of Harry, 80's music as "pop" culture, movie lines from movies from the 80's and the arrogance of Mac, well, then it's obvious why Bristol and a majority of Chicago think it is nothing more than a juvenile 4 hour time period. Little wonder that when there is an important sports story, nobody thinks of quoting these buffoons on the event. They are the least respected sports show on the air.

Damn Macster. What happen to the North Love? What happened too the respect you had. Those comments appear to me like shots toward North and his crappy show.

You just ruined any chance for an invite to the North Christmas Party.

SID is sooooooo predictable and the fact he is a frequent caller to the Kathy and Judy SHOW and he still wears his B-96 -Eddie and Jobo t-shirt and emails Eric and Kathy gives him no creditabilty here.

BF even said he had you check your balls at the door the day you first started posting here. Show everyone you shaved your beaver and will give you your credtiabilty back.

As long as Murph is still on the air, B&B will not win that prize.

STU, take your fantasies elsewhere. I have zero desire to see the beaver of an SID.

The only thing that Mac said to me when I saw him last was "They let you out of the kitchen?"

This coming from a guy who couldn't get laid in a whorehouse. Chipmunk Cheeks Frankie should be excited to see any beaver at this point. Frank as Jim Jung asked "Have you ever been with a women that wasn't laytex"?

Probably as many people that have used the word rocked as an adjective in the past 20 years!

Probably the same number of people who have read Tale of Two Cities that are host on sports talk radio shows!

Is this "Tale of Two Cities" you speak of actually the pre-quel to the Quad Cities?

Have I missed anything? Let me know because I want to be JUST LIKE MAC.

See, I'm sure you two have more in common than you realize.

I haven't been able to read the board much lately, so I'm just coming across this post now. I have to agree with the other posters who said it's absolutely hilarious. This is a satirical masterpiece, IB. Great work!
