Karl Joseph signed a 1 year deal w/ the Browns. Worley is still a free agent, although I would like to see him back on 1-2 year deal.

I mean, they have too many tight ends, but cut Shaheen already.

Nick doesn't need workouts. He just hits people.

I think he could do better also.

Shaheen traded to Miami for a conditional 6th round pick in 2020.

Whatever the condition is, I’d be surprised if it pays out.

We know how good he was, as good as Adrian Amos. Sorry you paid a big contract to and start a replacement level player.

He's played for 4 teams in 3 seasons and will be lucky to add a 4th at near minimum $. Everyone outside of meatball Bear fans know that he hasn't been any good for 3 years.

No interest in Adrian Peterson apparently, who just signed with the Lions.

so there's this report from Dan Patrick

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/report-tom-brady-nearly-signed-192456699.html

Quote:
“The final list that Brady was looking at, the Chargers, the Bears, and the Buccaneers. I was told this yesterday. I said ‘wait a minute, the Bears?’ [Source] said yes. Brady was considering the Bears, the Chargers were a long shot because of the west coast…the fact that he was considering the Bears, Chicago at least – because he wanted to be [close] in proximity to New York where his son is…but ended up taking Tampa Bay.”

that would have been interesting to say the least.

PFF is out with their All Pro team...

S ADRIAN AMOS, GREEN BAY PACKERS
Second Team: Justin Simmons, Denver Broncos
A late-season run including an outstanding turnover in Week 17 catapulted Adrian Amos into the All-Pro team after being some way shy at the three-quarter point. Amos ended the season with a career-high PFF coverage grade over 90.0 and seven pass breakups to go along with two interceptions, a forced fumble and fumble recovery. He has been a big part of the late-season improvement from the Packers defense that they hope to ride into the postseason.

PFF has always loved Amos. They had him as the top rated safety when he was with the Bears. No one else thinks that and there is no statistical evidence to support it but Jugdish working in the basement of PFF Mumbai office swears by his findings.

Hey, guess who else is on their All Pro team? Hint: former RAIDERS player who some here have mocked here as being worse than 18 guys on Green Bay named Smith.

Yeah, PFF is bullshit. See Dolphin's response but replace Amos with Mack in his post.

PFF loving Amos and Mack makes sense. Two solid above average players who don't make many mistakes but also don't make game changing plays often

In 2020 Pace decided to put more cap room into the D which has backfired.

Guess the one of the topics for 2021 offseason moves will be which overpriced vet or vets will be launched from the D.

Trevathen for sure, Were stuck with Quinn and Mack. I would let Hicks go.
