Oh, ok, it was 623 yards. He looked pretty good as a sophomore at Stanford as well, before having an injury plagued junior year.

I had my eye on him going into last season as a possibility but he took a big hit to the head against the Wildcats pre conference and just never seemed the same.

Yeah, the run defense is pretty bad without him. Currently they are 14th against the run in DVOA, but the numbers would be much worse if not for some odd decisions made by opposing coaches and Barkley's injury early in the second game.

Agreed, but despite being 3-0, this team has shown it's not very good.
The losses start piling up in week 4. They're not winning more than 7 games this season...even with Nick Foles starting.
