It was Mitch, that is what we kept hearing, if we replace him the offense will improve, just need a vet QB to run Nagy's offense. It's been apparent for a while that the problems with the offense go much deeper than just the QB. Good teams recognize the need to invest in the OT position, Pace/Nagy apparently feel they know better than the rest of the league, kept hearing that the RPO does not require good OT play because the ball is out so quickly, anyone who has watched the team knows that is not the case, why haven't Nagy/Pace invested in that position group? This team is filled with hand picked Pace guys and the team is consistently near the bottom offensively during his tenure. Starting to look like Pace/Nagy are unable to draft and develop offensive skill position players. Why would the organization expect that to change this off season?

Haven't heard much Cole Kmet talk lately. Does he play at all?

Whenever you hear one of the team mouthpieces like Hub say, "This kid is picking up this offense quickly" or "Nobody is working harder to learn the playbook", it means the player is completely lost and does not know the plays. At least once a game they target Kmet, the ball sails a few yards away from him and he looks back at the QB with a quizzical look, no more passes are thrown his way the rest of the game. At least once Foles gets up to speed you will be able to tell if it's the players being bad or the system in general that sucks.

You can expect mediocre production from the overwhelming majority of rookie TE, even one's picked in the first round. Still, I expect to hear his name at least once in a while
