It was not a bad thing for the Bears to have eaten humble pie against the Colts, because they should be hungrier after the loss. There was no fire in the team on Sunday. Foles is a Brady killer and I think he will feel more comfortable in his second game as the starter. On the Bucs side, Bruce Arians sucks as a coach and will probably do some dumb things to help the Bears, like not throw to Gronkowski.

Bears 27 - Bucs 26

It's my dad's birthday, I have parent teachers conferences and the beloved are on. This is going to take some juggling.

I get that your dad wants you to provide extra entertainment at his birthday party by serving as a juggler. But what do the parent-teacher conferences have to do with anything?

On the positive side if they win they will be 4-0 in the NFC and have a win over a likely playoff team. Probably would only have to go 5-6 the rest of the way to make the playoffs. Hopefully everyone is out fo Tampa and Brady has to use Gronk to beat them.

I saw the Bucs busses driving in from O'hare on the Kennedy yesterday. I booed and put a hex on them.

Brady is 5-0 against the Bears career. 6-0 for Brady against Pagano as HC/DC, with an average margin of victory of 24 points.

I don't think the Bears are capable of beating a team with a good QB and a head coach who knows how to finish opposing teams off in the 2nd half. Lack of offense wears the defense out and eventually a good QB will take advantage of a tired Bears D.

Bears win 23-21 courtesy of a Fuller pick 6.

Edit: 24-23

Brady is 43 on three days rest and on the road.

Is there anything the bears could possibly do tonight to make you believe in this team?

Not really sure that is all they need to do. A convincing win maybe. The offense is not capable of being consistently good and is mostly bad. Defense can be good in stretches but far too often cant produce a pass rush and they cant stop anyone. They end up tiring themselves out at the end of games. Two straight games the defense lost it in the 4th quarter only to have the other team drop game winning passes to lose the game. Give me 8 straight good quarters on both sides of the ball and I will start believing.

No they just need to win.

Tampa Bay is good.

Especially their front 7 on defense.

How long has Cousin Sal been doing terrible “comedy” skits on FOX pregame?

That was very bad.

Something special from Mack or Quinn would be nice. Eddie Jackson not sucking would be appreciated.

I’m too cynical to think the QB situation has hope, so a dominant D performance would prob be the only thing that’s move me off the notion that this team is a joyless watch.

The Bears RB depth is horrible. Even with Tarik Cohen healthy.
