He had ridiculous size/speed numbers but his agility numbers were brutal which scared a lot of teams off. He was something like bottom 6% on the agility drills. The only receiver that had success with those kind of numbers was Boldin. A steal in the 2nd round...

This year was always considered a great draft for WR. I'm not surprised at the quality of some second rounders.
