This offense is laughable. Does Nagy not know how to design plays to get guys open or do they not have the skill to get open?

One n done is never any fun

That's what happens when you trade a boatload of picks for a bust at no 2.

You mean a risk like that has massive consequences?!? Lol.

No sense of urgency to hike the football before McVay throws that red flag.

I think at this point we have to conclude all the above

Because the db was playing to protect a yard beyond the line.

Short field again. Just not sustainable, even with this d.

Sure, but if all your routes develop in front of the marker you do half the d’s job for them.

To JLN’s point, I think it’s more lack of talent (both athletes and play callers).

I think he’s ok, just old and easily tired. Coming off a season ending injury with no real prep for the season.

Big to hold them to 3.

Rams get the ball to start the second half so the Bears really need a drive with some points here.

Could somebody tell Patterson it’s ok to take the occasional touchback?

Every Bears game is exactly the same. Offense looks horrible but the defense dominates the red zone. Eventually the opposing offense makes a mistake, the Bears score a few TD's, and the Bears D is forced to win the game in the 4th quarter.

Guys have to be able to make an occasional play themselves.

Yes as long as I’ve been alive it’s been this way.

Would be nice if the bears uptempo offense didn’t have to call timeout every other play.
