It's not like an ownership change came out of the blue.

He's taking that QO because his agent got a feel for the market and it wasn't what they hoped.

The next two years will be rough on free agents. I can't say it's a buyer's market because I don't think there will be many buyers. It's a great time to be a team with cash.
