I just feel so bad for the rest of the Big 10. If you guys wanna talk, hmu--I'll listen. And don't be shy; RFDC has already called me like twelve times.

Actually, RFDC, big weekend coming up. Go Hoosiers! That would be fantastic.

Should be an interesting season. They have a real tough schedule before conference play would begin. Might be tough to keep the guys healthy and wonder what the policy will be if they have to forfeit games.

I mean it about the Hoosiers, though. I predicted 10 wins for them last year, and they came close. It's good to see this.

Yeah they are having a nice run. I really like their coach. But I fully expect them to get hammered this weekend. Would love to be wrong tho.

Turns out I was spot on when it comes to the Illini.

Turns out I was joyously wrong about the White Sox--but who would have thought they'd have a roster stocked with generational talent? That's not a prediction any man even remotely associated with reality could make--yet it happened. #2005 #ayo #mycockburns

I stand by my analysis that you need to post more.

ANd the Hoosiers still suck. Miller has to be gone after this season. Crazy to think their football team is in a way better position than the basketball team.

Congrats to the Illini for their 2nd place finish in the Big 10.

Kofi is coming back, probably to Kentucky, to show scouts his mid-range/perimeter game.

I hope he comes back to Illinois but it sounds like a "me-first" season for Kofi.

Nah, not Kentucky. But that's where his recruiter went a couple months ago.

He should go to a mid-major where they'll let him do whatever he wants to showcase his talents - seems to be his goal.

Marcus Carr might transfer to KY - I don't think they're going to want to watch Kofi spotting up from 3.

I know what you meant.

He'd be better off going back to Illinois as long as he really isn't planning to try to turn himself into Dirk Nowitzki.

There is no guard in the country that could feed him in the post like Andre Curbelo. I will stand by that statement.

Plus, with all the UofI alums in the Chicago area, he could make maybe $250-500k in endorsements in Chicago alone. Hell, I'd throw $1k his way if he comes back. He's fun to watch.

But, he's going to Kentucky. That's where Orlando Antigua is.

What happened with the coaches leaving? What it purely money and prestige?

Antigua used to work with Calipari. He recruited Kofi.

Not sure why the other guy left exactly.

I'd heard Illinois offered them more money ultimately but I don't think that was confirmed or it was too late.

I've heard Underwood is a red ass. I can't believe all the things that went down since getting that number 1 seed. I did predict that Loyola would get them though. What a shitty match-up in the second round.

They should have beaten Loyola.

Underwood shit the bed in that game. Let them run the same play over and over and over again.

Lot of things went wrong there. Ayo started to panic, I think, and tried to do too much. He'd done that through his career in the past but not last year for the most part.

They lacked the discipline that they'd shown most of the season and I put it on Underwood.

If Kofi wants to showcase his talents Kentucky is the wrong place. If he wants to win it is probably the right place.

I have no idea. I heard that from people who knew Mark Smith who transferred from Illinois. So I wouldn't doubt they are biased.

They looked out coached in that game sure. I think Ayo looked psyched out or something. He wasn't himself. It was just a bitch to play a team that good and experienced in the second round.

He's probably one of those guys who, on the court, will light you up for anything but, away from the court, rescues puppies and donates to a million charities when he isn't in church.
