Seems highly unlikely he is back with Bears. Cannot see him getting an OC job, the guy cannot call plays or develop young talent. Maybe a position coach players seem to regress under his tutelage? College coach, if you can sell "Row the Boat", why not "Be You"?

Head Coach of the Bears. He still is under contract, and the Bears have showed us that they're not going to pay a coach to go away and do nothing.

If the Mcclaskey's were really serious about turning over a new leaf and blowing this whole thing up, Pace and Nagy both would have been fired today. Make Pagano the interim coach for the rest of the year and see what you have. Start fresh with a new GM a new coach for the draft next year and hope the defense still has a little bit of a window when you be competitive again.

As long as the season ticket money keeps pouring in, I.dont think anything changes with this team.
