Got up early this morning and watched, Jon Favreau redeeming the franchise.

Great episode and between last weeks and this one, they’re better than the latest trilogy by far.

OK, but the latest trilogy had no redeeming qualities.

The rest, Mark Hamill should take a light saber to the negatives and pretend it never happened.

What they did to Luke Fucking Skywalker and how they absolutely wasted the resource that they had in Hamill was criminal.

Anyhow, the baddie in this ep is none other than Bruce Lee's #2 (Dan Inosanto)'s daughter.

Inosanto continued developing Jeet Kun Do after Bruce passed.

They totally bit off Kill Bill's battle with Lucy Liu for the Big Boss showdown, but there is just something so cool about hearing nothing but dripping water and swords clashing. Great job on that homage. Ok, I could do without all the grunting on each strike, but I guess it is a form of ki-ai, albeit an annoying one.

Idk how the timeline would work considering this Jedi was seriously injured when all that was going on, but I would still be in awe if this Jedi made an appearance.

Not as cool as the first theory we’ve discussed, but still a worthy option.
