I never found her attractive.

She has weird, bulgy eyes, unusually wide lips for her face, and a squat body.

I actually thought they could have given more depth to the octupus-like tendrils flowing from her head. They looked very lifeless and rubbery.

I have not watched the director’s gallery stuff yet.

Keep in mind, while Favreau is the big shooter, and a definite creative heavyweight there is also a guy named Dave Filoni who is George Lucas’ right hand man & show runner of the animated projects.

Filoni is as well versed in the lore as Lucas, and together they created a lot of the animated characters we are seeing in live action this season.

The rumor I heard is Favreau didn’t like the direction of Star Wars around the time Last Jedi was getting negative reviews, and he reached out to George Lucas who then put Jon in contact with Filoni.

Favreau has a lot of pull with Disney, and Filoni is a worthy creative in his own right.

Both are show runners for the Mandalorian, and I hope they never stop collaborating.

Also, there were talks to get Favreau and Filoni their own movie trilogy, but I think all the movie trilogies have been put on hold for now.

Smith and Favreau were at some party or get together.

Favreau asked Smith if he wanted to direct an episode, and Kevin declined.

Smith then asked him about Baby Yoda, and Favreau said that was his idea.

Cool to know who came up with that character.

Yeah they brought Taika on to direct the season 1 finale, and he voiced IG-11.

But I’m sure you know all this if you watched the behind the scenes stuff.

Waititi was busy making a soccer movie while they were filming S2, so that’s why he didn’t come back to direct another episode.

He apparently is going to make his own Star Wars movie after he directs Thor: Love & Thunder.

The wife and I recently watched the last lower budget movie he did before marvel hired him for Thor.

It’s called “Hunt For The Wilderpeople”, and it’s on Netflix.

Not the greatest movie, but it’s got a lot of heart.

Some laughs and some sadness.
